Medical Pedicure Pricing

  • Standard: $149 (for mild to moderate toenail and callus conditions)

  • Severe: $199 (for thick toenails and/or extensive callus conditions)

  • Home Visit: $349 (within 7 miles)

Medical Pedicures performed by Dr. Ivar Roth are priced at $199 (standard) and $249 (severe) to reflect his 40+ years advanced podiatric expertise as a board-certified podiatrist and foot & ankle surgeon.

Procedures with Dr. Elle (assistant to Dr. Roth) follow the standard rates listed above ($149/$199).

A Medical Pedicure, also known as a podiatry pedicure or routine foot care treatment, is a specialized procedure performed by our trained podiatrists and foot care specialists. Unlike traditional spa pedicures, our Medical Pedicure prioritizes therapeutic intervention for common foot health concerns—such as thick toenails, deep-rooted corns, and stubborn calluses—that fall outside the scope of standard cosmetology services.

During your session, our provider conducts a thorough assessment of your feet for signs of infection, inflammation, or other abnormalities. Nails are expertly trimmed, shaped, and smoothed using a HEPA-filtered vacuum with a diamond fan burr to safely eliminate harmful dust. Calluses and corns are precisely reduced with sterile scalpel techniques. Non-infected chronic ingrown toenails are addressed as needed, and we evaluate and discuss treatment options for conditions like fungal infections or plantar warts. Hygiene and safety are paramount: All instruments are meticulously sterilized to prevent cross-contamination.

O.C. Pedi-Cure: $259 (Includes Full Medical Pedicure)

Our signature O.C. Pedi-Cure combines the therapeutic benefits of a Medical Pedicure with luxurious steam pedicure for the ultimate foot rejuvenation.

The Medical Pedicure Portion consists of a 5-point evaluation of your nails, skin, circulation, fungal indifiers, & foot alignment. Performed by a Podiatrist or Podiatric Assistant, utilizing techniques not available or performed in a typical pedicures. The medical portion also may include cutting thick toenails & basic ingrown toenails along with removal of corns & callouses. 

The Luxe Steam Pedicure indulges with a soothing aromatic steam infusion. Choose 2 of the 3 luxury enhancements: Either a exfoliating scrub, detoxifying moisture mask, or moisturizing honey heel serum—followed by hot towel wraps, an extended soothing massage, and your choice of vegan, quick-drying, non-toxic Dazzle Dry nail polish or high-shine buff.
