Paincur involves injection therapy of an interdigital nerve in your foot, similar to the treatment typically provided to treat painful interdigital neuromas, while concurrently utilizing functional Perfect Posture orthotics to provide support and proper alignment of the feet. While Paincur™ treatment is focused on, and limited to, conditions in your feet, over the years I have noticed that this treatment has had a positive impact on painful conditions above the foot and ankle, including knee, hip and back pain. There have not been any clinical studies to confirm how effective Paincur™ treatment is, it is just my personal observation over decades of practice as a Podiatric Physician.
